B.Tech/B.E. in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering (MME) or Mechanical Engineering and M.Tech/M.E. in MME; or B.Tech with 7.5 CGPA/70%; or M.Sc. Materials Science + M.Tech in relevant discipline (60% or 6.5 CGPA).
Age limit: Maximum 32 years (relaxable for research experience).
