Department of Civil Engineering, NIT Warangal invites applications for one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for 21 months under the National Technical Textiles Mission (Ministry of Textiles) project Braided fiber reinforced polymeric rebars for concrete structures.
- Position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF); 1 post; duration 21 months; purely temporary
- Emoluments: ₹35,960 per month (total emoluments)
- Work: conduct experiments and numerical simulations to achieve the objectives of the research project
- Essential: M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering / Engineering Structures with First Class/Division and GATE qualified
- Desirable: profound knowledge of experiments and numerical simulations using finite element software
- Age relaxation as per norms and guidelines
- Selected candidates are eligible for the Ph.D. degree at NIT Warangal as per institute rules; a separate application is required when the Ph.D. advertisement opens
