B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering and M.Tech/M.E. in Power Electronics/Drives/Electric Vehicle (minimum 60% or 6.5 CGPA). GATE qualification is required.
Age limit: 30 years (relaxation as per norms).
