Overview
The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, NIT Tiruchirappalli invites applications from Indian nationals for one (01) Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the SoC project on ASIC implementation, chip fabrication and testing of an indigenous RISC-V lightweight edge-AI processor for IoT healthcare (PI: Dr. Varun P. Gopi; Co-PI: Dr. B. Naresh Kumar Reddy).

Duration: 36 months (reviewed yearly). Work: R&D, novel ideas, data collection, execution, technical articles and reports. PhD/MS-PhD registration permitted. No TA/DA.
