Essential Qualification
- B.Tech with M.Tech in Food Process / Food Engineering & Technology / Food Technology / Processing & Food Engineering / Agricultural Process / Post Harvest / Agricultural Engineering, minimum CGPA 6.5/10 (60% aggregate)
- Desirable: twin-screw extruder, rice milling, paddy parboiling experience; machine design, CAD, AI-ML modeling, CFD; GATE/NET an advantage
- Work: paddy soaking, parboiling, milling, ageing and extrusion R&D
