Centre for Inter Disciplinary Studies (CIDS), National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK) Surathkal invites applications from eligible Indian nationals for temporary positions in a time-bound GAIL-GMPL Industry Research Consultancy project: "Isolation, Identification and Characterization of Granular Start-up Catalyst (GSC) Capable of Degrading Industrial Effluent Containing Terephthalic Acid". | Project Assistant | B.Tech/B.Sc or equivalent in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Chemistry with at least 60% marks. |
Note: Candidates with non-engineering degrees should have UGC-NET qualification or obtained their PG degree from a CFEES-recognized institution. For PDF/JRF, knowledge of microbe isolation, identification, characterization and related areas preferred.
