| Education | First Class MBA/PGDM/M.Tech/M.Sc./MS (Research), preferably with a degree in Science and Technology. |
| Experience | Minimum 3 years in managing incubation centres or running entrepreneurship-development activities. Experience handling incubatees, programmes, proposals and reports is preferred. |
| Age and tenure | Age preferably not more than 45 years. Contract initially for one year, extendable annually based on performance and the incubator’s requirements. |
| Selection | Shortlisting followed by interview/presentation. No TA/DA is admissible. |
