Eligibility
- Master's degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade 'B' in the UGC 7-point scale from a recognised university/institute.
- Holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent department/organisation in Central/State Government/UT/PSU/University/Research Institute; or
- At least 15 years' experience as Assistant Professor in AGP ₹7,000 (Pay Level-11) and above, or 8 years' service in AGP ₹8,000 (Pay Level-12) and above including Associate Professor with 3 years' experience in educational administration; or
- Comparable experience in a research establishment or other institution of higher education; or
- 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years should be as Deputy Registrar or equivalent post in GP ₹7,600 (Pay Level-12) or above.
- Desirable: qualification in Management/Engineering/Law and experience in computerised administration, legal, financial or establishment matters.
Selection Process
- Written test for shortlisted/eligible candidates.
- The top 10 candidates in the written test will be called for a personal interview.
- Original documents and one set of self-attested copies must be produced at the interview.
