NIT Calicut Project Research Scientist-I Recruitment 2026 - ICMR Project
An offline walk-in interview for the engagement of a Project Research Scientist-I (on contract basis) for a research project in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, NIT Calicut is scheduled to be held on 07.09.2026. Last date for application submission: 03.09.2026.

Qualifications
- Essential: B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. (or Integrated M.Tech) in Computer Sc. & Engg./Information Technology or equivalent from an Institute of National Importance/AICTE-approved University/Institution with minimum 65% marks or 7.0 CGPA (out of 10) in M.E./M.Tech. OR
- B.E./B.Tech. from an Institute of National Importance with minimum 85% marks or 9.0 CGPA (out of 10).
- For SC/ST/PwD candidates, a relaxation of 5% marks or 0.5 CGPA will be considered.
- Desirable: GATE/NET qualification, proficiency in computer programming.
