- Graduate: B.Lib.Sc / any Bachelor's degree with 60% (LIS), B.Sc Nursing, or Degree in Hotel Management, passed on or after 01.01.2022
- Diploma: Commercial Practice, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Chemical Engineering, passed on or after 01.01.2022
- Age as on 21.10.2026: Graduate UR 28, OBC 31, SC/ST 33; Diploma UR 30, OBC 33, SC/ST 35
- Candidates with an existing NATS apprenticeship contract are not eligible
- Selection through shortlisting and document verification/written test/interview
