Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess:

• PhD in Mathematics or Statistics.

• First-class degree at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels from a reputed institute or university.

Areas of Specialization

Preference may be given to candidates with expertise in:

• Probability and Statistics

• Real and Complex Analysis

• Differential Equations

• Mathematics and Statistics Computing

• Mathematical Logic and Automata Theory

• Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: Theory and Applications

• Scientific Computing

• Algorithms Analysis

Remuneration

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of INR 70,900 per month.

Period of Engagement

The appointment will be for the Autumn 2026 semester. It may be extended based on the candidate’s performance and the requirements of the department.
