Selection Process

- Original certificates with one set of attested photocopies.

Terms & Conditions
- The engagement is purely contractual and temporary under the NITSER Act, 2007 (First Statutes) for a definite fixed period of 01 year, automatically expiring by efflux of time.
- Extension (up to a maximum of two further years) is subject to continued institutional requirement, availability of work, satisfactory performance and written order of the Competent Authority.
- The contract does not confer any right to regularization, absorption or permanent appointment.
- Either side may terminate the engagement by giving one month’s prior notice or payment of one month’s remuneration in lieu of notice.
- After joining, the appointee shall execute a contract agreement on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- duly notarized.
- All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of District Kurukshetra.
