Job Requirement
The Manager will handle personnel and administrative management (recruitment, promotions, establishment matters, discipline and vigilance), policy formulation and implementation in line with Government of India guidelines, compliance and governance (RTI, legal proceedings, security and official language policy), procurement and vendor management through GeM, CPPP and global tenders, resource planning and inventory management, budget and financial management including audit observations, and day-to-day operational coordination.
