Essential qualifications
- PRS-II: M.Sc. (First Class) with Ph.D. in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology/Genetics/Microbiology/Biotechnology or related disciplines + minimum 1 year post-doctoral experience. Desirable: PCR/qPCR, NGS, Western blot, ELISA, flow cytometry; indexed publications; biostatistics/bioinformatics (Linux, Python, R); scientific writing.
- PTS-II: B.Sc. in Life Science or B.Sc. MLT with 2 years experience in a clinical laboratory. Desirable: sample handling, SOPs/biosafety, lab records, MS Office/Excel, hospital or diagnostic-lab experience.
- PTS-III: three-year graduate degree in Life Sciences + 3 years post-qualification experience OR PG degree in Life Sciences. Desirable: clinical-trial technical work, nucleic-acid extraction/NGS, bioinformatics basics, documentation.
Terms
Purely temporary; no claim for regular appointment. Tenure 1 year, extendable. No TA/DA.
