NIMS Hyderabad – Health Inspector (Contract) – Walk-in Interview
Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS), Panjagutta, Hyderabad, invites eligible candidates for a walk-in interview for the post of Health Inspector on a contract basis. Notification Rc. No. HR5/11/2026/Bed Bug control/In-house team dated 22.10.2026.

Application Fee
- Application fee: Rs. 500/-.
- The fee shall be paid through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of The Director, NIMS, Hyderabad, or through IP Billing, Ground Floor, Old Building, NIMS.

Method of Selection
Selection shall be through a walk-in interview before the Selection Committee constituted by NIMS. The Selection Committee shall assess candidates on (1) academic qualifications and (2) experience. The decision of the Selection Committee and the Director, NIMS, shall be final.
Documents to be Produced at the Time of Interview
Candidates shall produce the following in original, along with one set of self-attested photocopies:
- Filled-in application form (form provided on the NIMS website, www.nims.edu.in).
- Proof of date of birth (SSC certificate).
- A degree from a recognised university/institution with a Health Sanitary Inspector course from a recognised university/institution.
- Experience certificate.
- Aadhaar card.
- Any other certificates in support of eligibility.
Important Conditions
- The engagement is purely temporary and contractual in nature, valid for one (01) year from the date of joining, extendable as per the requirement at the discretion of the Director.
- Selected candidates shall be paid only the consolidated remuneration indicated in the notification. No other allowances will be paid.
- No DA, HRA, NPA, TA, pensionary benefits, annual increments, leave encashment or any other allowances admissible to regular employees shall be payable.
- Health benefits to the candidate only after 6 months of service.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- Selected candidates shall have no claim for regular appointment in NIMS, absorption into Government service, regularisation of service, continuation beyond the contractual period, or seniority or any service benefits applicable to regular employees.
- Selected candidates shall execute an agreement with NIMS accepting all terms and conditions of contractual engagement before joining duty.
- The Director, NIMS, Hyderabad, reserves the right to increase, decrease, modify or cancel any vacancy or the entire notification without assigning any reason. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Hyderabad only.
