Essential Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Food Technology, Food Technology & Management, Food and allied Sciences, including Basic Sciences relevant to Food Science, with a minimum of one year of experience in food processing, food regulation, and/or food quality.
- Desirable: Proven expertise in nutraceutical sector, food safety and food adulteration awareness initiatives, food-processing policies, ultra-processed foods (UPFs); experience in capacity building, preparing policy/scheme drafts is an added advantage.
