- Deputy Registrar: Master's degree with 55% + officers in Level 11 (or 5 years in Level 10 / 7 years in Level 9 / 8 years in Level 8) with administration, establishment, academic, purchase, stores, accounts or estate experience; working knowledge of computers
- Lecturer (Special Education): Master's degree + M.Ed in Special Education (Locomotor & Neurological Disorders) or Diploma in Multiple Disabilities / Cerebral Palsy; two years teaching experience; RCI registration
- Lecturer (CRPM): Master's in disability rehabilitation administration / social work / rehabilitation sciences etc., or Master's with PG Diploma in CBR; two years experience as CBR professional; RCI registration
- Rehabilitation Officer (IL): Bachelor's in rehabilitation sciences (vocational counselling) / mobility sciences or degree with diploma in vocational training; five years experience; RCI registration
- Age reckoned as on the closing date; upper age relaxation as per Government of India norms
