Essential: B.Tech Civil Engineering; serving/retired Central/State Govt officers as Chief Engineer/Superintending Engineer equivalent Pay Level 13/14; minimum 25 years relevant experience, esp. Central/State Govt projects; MS Office proficiency. Desirable: Master degree in Civil/Law/Management; prior experience in govt/training institute/disaster management. Upper age: 62 years.
