National Health Systems Resource Centre Job Details & Overview
The National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC), New Delhi, on behalf of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), seeks applications for 01 post of Finance Controller in the NHM Finance Division, purely on contractual basis. The Finance Controller oversees central-level funds management under NHM – fund release, expenditure, FMRs, SFPs, statutory and concurrent audit, PFMS, SNA / SNA-SPARSH, utilisation certificates and field visits – and supervises the team of Financial Analysts and Finance Assistants for allocated States / UTs.

Essential qualification and experience
- MBA (Finance) / CA / PGDBM (Finance) / PGDBA (Finance) from a recognised university / institute
- At least 6 years experience in the social, private or government sector in financial management operations, government accounting, funds-flow management, utilisation certificates and scheme-wise expenditure reporting in a government setup
- Desirable: accounting packages, system analysis, computer programming, data / accounting analytical tools, Government PFMS experience and MS Office efficiency
Age and tenure
- Up to 60 years on the last date of application; engagement up to 31 March 2027; readiness for extensive travel to State / District / Block / village levels
