- Design, develop, test and maintain secure, scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices; integrate with internal and external systems
- Implement SSO, OAuth 2.0 and JWT authentication and authorization
- Optimize database interactions using JPA/Hibernate with PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB
- Conduct unit and integration testing using JUnit, Mockito; maintain technical documentation
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide progress updates
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot defects, vulnerabilities and bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with Government IT policies and data protection guidelines
- Manage source code using Git; support CI/CD pipelines and release management
