- Work covers offline-first Android apps for public-health programmes, secure mobile workflows for low-connectivity field use, backend API and sync integration, SQLite / Room, Kotlin, REST APIs, authentication and token handling, encryption and Android Keystore, Work Manager background sync, app security and CI/CD
- Desirable: experience of Government IT projects at the national level
