- OT Technician: 10+2 plus OT Technician paramedical course with live CG Paramedical registration
- Physiotherapist: BPT with live council registration
- Dental Surgeon: BDS or MDS with CG Medical Council registration
- MO-AYUSH: BHMS / BAMS / BUMS with recognised board registration
- ANM: 12th plus ANM course from INC recognised centre with live CG Nursing registration

- MPW-Male: 12th Biology plus 1-year MPW / Multipurpose Worker training with CG Paramedical registration
- Block Account Manager: Commerce Graduate with PGDCA and Tally knowledge
- Block Data Manager: Graduate with 55 percent plus PGDCA, or BCA with 55 percent
- Block Supervisor VBD: Science Graduate (Biology stream desirable)
- Jr. Secretarial Assistant: 12th plus minimum 1-year Computer Application / Diploma
- Class IV / Cook / Cleaner / Ward Aaya: 8th pass
- CG domicile with residence proof is mandatory for all posts

- Maximum age as on 01.01.2026: 70 years for medical posts and 64 years for managerial posts, with applicable relaxations
- Application fee by Demand Draft only (slab-wise as per honorarium; concessional for SC / ST / OBC / women) in favour of District Health Society Non NHM Other Fund Janjgir, payable at Janjgir; separate DD for each post
