- Contract: Deputy General Manager (Company Secretary) - Graduate with membership of ICSI and minimum 12 years post-qualification experience in Banks/AIFIs/Regulated Lending Entities/PSUs/listed entities; must have been designated Company Secretary/Assistant Company Secretary during career.
