NIFT Foundation for Design Innovation CEO Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post
NIFT Foundation for Design Innovation (NFDI), a Section 8 company set up by NIFT, invites applications for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on a three-year contract, extendable based on performance. The CEO will set up and operationalise NFDI, build the organisation and incubation ecosystem, manage stakeholders and investors, and report to the DG, NIFT/Chairperson, NFDI. The consolidated salary is Rs. 2,50,000 per month with a 5% annual increment. The last date for applications is 30 October 2026.

Eligibility
- Postgraduate degree, preferably in Design/Technology/Management.
- Minimum ten years' relevant experience in business administration.
- Proven leadership, networking and motivational capability.
- Prior experience in business development, mentoring start-ups or strategic roles in a start-up/incubation ecosystem.
- Willingness to work full-time for NFDI.
- Age not more than 55 years; relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PwBD.
- Place of work: NCR.

- Chief Executive Officer: Postgraduate in Design/Technology/Management preferred; 10 years' business administration/leadership experience.
Age Limit
Not more than 55 years. Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PwBD.

Selection Process
