NEPA Limited (A Govt. of India Undertaking), a pioneer newsprint manufacturing CPSU under the Ministry of Heavy Industries, invites applications for hiring Senior Shift Incharge on contractual basis in the Paper Machine Department, against Advertisement No.06/2026 dated 14/09/2026.

Educational Qualification
Graduation in Science (preference will be given to candidates having graduation in Pulp & Paper Technology).
Experience
- Minimum 05 years experience of high-speed paper machine operations for graduates in Pulp & Paper.
- Minimum 07 years experience of high-speed paper machine operations for graduates in Science.
- At least two years as Shift In-Charge at paper machines (applicable to both).
Age limit and experience reckoned as on 14/09/2026.
Age Limit
Maximum 50 years. Relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-servicemen as per Government directives.
Job Description
- Responsible for machine production in a shift while maintaining quality parameters.
- Chemical preparation, stock preparation to finishing house (reel wrapping).
- Coordination with service departments and improvement of existing systems, quality parameters, product diversification and cost reduction of final product.
Terms of Engagement
- Initially engaged on contractual basis for an 11-month period; may be extended subject to performance and company requirement.
- Purely temporary/contractual engagement; no claim for permanent appointment or extension.
- Company accommodation on normal rent basis, subject to availability.
- Selection through interview (online or physical) of shortlisted candidates.
- Engagement subject to medical fitness as certified by Incharge, Nepa Limited Hospital.
- Jurisdiction of disputes: Nepanagar Court.
