Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India has issued a Vacancy Circular (F.No. A-11011/22/2005-N/DGHS dated 14 August 2026) for filling up 01 post of Professor-cum-Principal and 01 post of Professor-cum-Vice Principal at Rajkumari Amrit Kaur College of Nursing, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi – 110024.

Desirable: M.Phil/Ph.D in Nursing
Age Limit (Deputation): Not exceeding 54 years
Eligibility – Professor-cum-Vice Principal
Promotion: Associate Professor in Level-11 with 5 years regular service + training in Nursing Education & Administration
Deputation: Officers with analogous post OR 5 years in Level-11; M.Sc. Nursing; Registered Nurse & Midwife; 12 years experience with M.Sc.(N) – 10 years teaching (min 5 years collegiate) + 3 years admin
Desirable: M.Phil/Ph.D in Nursing
Age Limit (Deputation): Not exceeding 56 years
