New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) invites applications for 3 posts of Specialist Grade II (Junior Scale) - Gynaecology in Pay Level 11 on a deputation basis for three years or until regular incumbents join, whichever is earlier. Eligible specialists must hold an analogous post on a regular basis and possess the prescribed postgraduate qualification and experience. Applications must reach the Director (Personnel), NDMC, New Delhi by 30 November 2026.

Eligibility
- Officers holding an analogous post on a regular basis under the Central Government, State Government or Union Territory administration.
- Recognised medical qualification included in the First/Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
- Postgraduate degree or diploma in Gynaecology (M.D./M.S. Obstetrics & Gynaecology, D.G.O. or equivalent).
- Three years' experience in the speciality after the postgraduate degree, or five years after the postgraduate diploma.
- The applicant should have completed the probation period satisfactorily.
- Maximum age 56 years as per deputation rules.
- The deputation is for three years or until regular incumbents join, whichever is earlier.
Post-wise Qualification
- Specialist Grade II (Junior Scale) - Gynaecology: MBBS + MD/MS Obstetrics & Gynaecology or DGO; 3 years post-PG degree or 5 years post-PG diploma experience.
Age Limit
Maximum 56 years for deputation as per NDMC/Government of India rules.
