CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory (NCL), Pune invites online applications for engagement as Project Associate-I (1 post) under the project "Rational Design and Development of Earth-abundant Iron-based Catalysts for Sustainable Borylation" (Project Code GAP346726), sponsored by ANRF, as per Notice No. 2026/CSIR-NCL/ORG/GAP346726/848.

Qualifications
Minimum: Master/Integrated Masters in Natural Sciences or Pharmaceutical Sciences OR equivalent.
Desirable: MSc/BS-MS in Organic or Inorganic Chemistry; substantial experience in homogeneous catalysis, catalyst synthesis and method development will be preferred.
Job Requirement
- Develop transition metal based homogeneous catalysts and organometallic catalysts
- Perform catalytic borylation reactions
Emoluments
(i) Rs. 37,000/- + HRA for NET/GATE/DBT/DST qualified candidates; (ii) Rs. 30,000/- + HRA for others.
