The Office of the Sr. Deputy Director General, National Centre for Communication Security (NCCS), Department of Telecommunications, invites applications for Junior Engineer (Telecom), Telecom Assistant and Lower Division Clerk posts on a deputation basis from staff working in Central or State Government, Union Territories, PSUs, universities, recognised research institutions and autonomous bodies. Letter No. NCCS/HQ/Establishment/2025-26-(Part-1)/53 dated 16.10.2026. Last date: 16.11.2026.

Eligibility and Terms
- Applicants must be serving officials of the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories, PSUs, universities, recognised research institutions or autonomous bodies.
- The upper age limit is 56 years as on the closing date, as per deputation rules.
- The period of deputation for Junior Engineer (Telecom) is ordinarily not more than three years, as per Gazette Notification G.S.R. 376(E) dated 09.06.2025.
- For Telecom Assistant and LDC, the deputation is initially for one year, extendable on administrative grounds as per DoT OM No. 9-11(01)/2024-Estt dated 19.12.2024.
- Eligibility criteria and job profile are given in Annexure 'A' and the application form in Annexure 'B' of the circular.
- Pay and allowances are regulated as per the terms and conditions for engagement of Group 'B' and Group 'C' staff on deputation in DoT.

Applications in the prescribed format, forwarded through proper channel with the required certificates, must reach the Sr. Deputy Director General, National Centre for Communication Security, Room No. 301, City Telephone Exchange, Sampangi Rama Nagar, Bangalore - 560027 by 16.11.2026. A soft copy may also be sent to [email protected]. Annexures C, D and E of the circular contain the declaration, the forwarding certificate and the DoT deputation terms.
