Walk-in interview for two Young Professional-II posts under the ICAR-CRP Genomics project “Genomics of black pepper, green cardamom and fenugreek for relating genes to traits of economic importance” on 27.11.2026 at 10.00 am at the NBPGR New Building, Pusa Campus, New Delhi
- Emoluments Rs.42,000 per month consolidated; engagement for three years, initially one year and extended yearly subject to satisfactory performance
- Essential: Post-graduation in Agricultural Sciences / Bioinformatics / Biotechnology / Life Sciences / Botany / Genetics from a UGC-recognised university, with a minimum of two years experience in the relevant area of research
- Post 1 desirable: wet lab experience in next generation sequencing, transcriptomics, real-time PCR and routine molecular biology; Post 2 desirable: programming in Linux/R and proficiency with licensed and open-source NGS analysis software
- Age 21 to 45 years as on the date of advertisement, with relaxation of 5 years for women and SC/ST, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PwD
