The ICAR-National Bureau of Plant Genetic Resources (NBPGR), Regional Station, Akola (Dr. PDKV Campus, Akola - 444 104, Maharashtra) invites applications for purely temporary posts of Young Professional-II (01) and Young Professional-I (01) in various projects.

Projects
- YP-II: Scheme "Global Centre of Excellence on Millets (Shree Anna) Genetic Resources Management" (duration up to 30 September 2026 with possibility to extend). Desirable: experience in field crop phenotyping and data analysis using statistical software.
- YP-I: Development of DUS Test Guidelines for Grass pea, Yard Long Bean and Winged bean (duration up to March 2027). Desirable: 2 or more years of field research work and data recording of agricultural crops; basic computer knowledge.
Age Limit
Minimum 21 years and Maximum 45 years as on 31.08.2026. Relaxation in upper age limit: Women (5 years), SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwD (10 years) and other eligible categories as per GoI/ICAR rules.
