- Consultant (HR): retired CPSE/Govt. officer with HR/Administration understanding; Graduate (any) + HR degree/diploma or LLB (additional); 20 yrs service incl. 3 yrs at E-6+ (CPSE) or Dy. Secretary+ (Govt.); strong communication, computer working, HR/Admin rules knowledge.
- Young Associate (IT): B.Tech. (CS/CSE/IT) or MCA (recognised); no prior experience required; web technologies, databases, Govt. e-governance apps preferred.
