NARIP Cheruthuruthy – Consultant (Biochemistry) on Contract
The National Ayurveda Research Institute for Panchakarma (NARIP), Cheruthuruthy, a peripheral institute of the Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS), Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, intends to engage the services of 01 (one) Consultant (Biochemistry) on a contractual basis initially for a period of six months, which may be extended or curtailed at the discretion of the competent authority based on the performance of the selected candidate and co-terminus with the sanction of the Headquarters. Reference F.No.2/1/2026/NARIP/EsttI dated 24.10.2026.

Essential Qualification and Experience
- Professionals having proven competency and success in their area of specialisation (Biochemistry) with 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Should possess minimum M.B.B.S. / M.Sc. (Medical Biochemistry).

Important Instructions
- The engagement would be purely on a contractual basis initially for a period of 6 months, which may be extended or curtailed at the discretion of the competent authority based on the performance of the selected candidate and co-terminus with the sanction of the Headquarters. There will be no right to claim for continuation or regular appointment.
- A PhD in the concerned subject will be considered as 4 years of experience, irrespective of the duration taken to complete the degree.
- MD (Biochemistry) will be considered as 3 years of experience.
- The selected candidate will be intimated and has to submit a Police Clearance Certificate and an undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper along with the joining report at the time of joining.
- The Director (Institute), NARIP, Cheruthuruthy reserves the right to postpone or cancel the interview, without assigning any reason therefor.
