Associate Professor: Brilliant academic record (preferably 60%+ at Master's level); Ph.D. or post-doctoral research; 3-5 years teaching/research experience; 8+ publications.
Assistant Professor: Good academic record (min 60% at Master's level); Ph.D. or post-doctoral research; 3-5 publications.
