Eligibility Overview

Librarian

Applicants should possess a master’s degree in Library Science, Information Science or Documentation Science with at least 55% marks, a PhD in a relevant field and a minimum of ten years of appropriate professional experience.

Deputy Librarian

Applicants should have a relevant master’s degree with at least 55% marks, a PhD and eight years of experience as an Assistant University Librarian or College Librarian.

Assistant Registrar

A master’s degree with at least 55% marks and a minimum of five years of relevant professional or administrative experience are required.

Assistant Engineer (Electrical)

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and at least two years of post-qualification experience as a Junior Engineer or in a comparable role.

Senior Assistant

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least five years of relevant experience in administration, academics, establishment, finance, accounts or general management.

Library Assistant

Applicants should possess either:

• A master’s degree in Library and Information Science with two years of relevant experience; or

• A bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science with three years of relevant experience.

Assistant

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree with at least three years of relevant administrative, academic, finance, accounts or management experience.
