Eligibility
- PAT-I: B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc in relevant discipline from recognized university
- PAT-II: B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc with 2 years relevant experience; or NET/GATE qualified
- PA-I: M.Sc/M.E/M.Tech in relevant discipline; NET/GATE preferred for higher pay
- PA-II: M.E/M.Tech + 2 years experience; or NET/GATE qualified
- Senior PA: Ph.D or M.E/M.Tech + 5 years relevant experience
