Key Responsibilities
- Responsible and accountable for business operations and targets of the assigned region
- Business development, operations management, quality appraisal, recovery management, training and staff management for the region
- Ensuring proper credit appraisal and adherence to credit appraisal processes by branches in the region
- Credit monitoring, follow-up of overdues and NPA management, adherence to the escalation matrix in delinquency management
- Identifying new locations for business through Cluster Heads and Branch Heads; setting and achieving business targets of branches
- Review of overdue and NPA accounts, branch visits of Cluster Heads, and review of work plans
- Preparing and monitoring daily business MIS from all branches and sharing the same with Head Office; ensuring daily CMS data entry
- Ensuring quality parameters in loan documentation, process and documentation checks at branches
- Providing compliance on branch audit reports after reviewing the same with respective branches
- People management: leave management, disciplinary coordination with HR, performance and annual appraisal of region staff, mentoring employees
- Coordinating with HR for manpower planning and recruitment, and with Admin for branch asset requirements
