NABFINS Ltd requires a Customer Service Executive for Individual Business Loans and Housing Loans (CSE – IBL & HL) in Karnataka. (Job Code Nabfins/OPS/1144.) Responsibilities: sourcing and acquiring new customers; end-to-end processing of IBL and affordable housing loans; field visits and customer meetings; KYC and income-document collection; credit-appraisal assistance; customer relationships and post-disbursement support; credit-team coordination; collections and portfolio-quality management with policy and regulatory compliance.
Essential qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (10+2+3) with minimum 2 years experience in sourcing, processing and servicing Business Loans and Affordable Housing Loans with banks, NBFCs, MFIs or Housing Finance Companies (preferred); good communication and interpersonal skills; willingness to travel locally; knowledge of the local language is mandatory
