NABCONS Associate Project Consultant Recruitment 2026 (PMU for Interest Subvention Scheme, Mumbai) – 02 Posts
NABARD Consultancy Services (NABCONS), a wholly owned subsidiary of NABARD, has invited only online applications from Indian citizens for the post of Associate Project Consultant (02 posts) as Project Based Contract Staff under the project "PMU for Interest Subvention Scheme Consultants for NABARD Head Office, Mumbai" (Advt. Ref. No. NABCONS/CO-HR/22/PBCS/2026-27, dated 19 October 2026). The last date for submission of online applications is 25 October 2026 (midnight).

Qualification and experience
- Graduate / Post Graduate in IT or Computer sciences.
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in IT related projects.
Scope of work
- Support the team leader in program management and coordinate with commercial banks on NRLM Interest Subvention (DAY-NRLM) related issues.
- Conduct financial analysis and review reports for generating insights, and provide IT related technical support for development or change requests.
- Engage in stakeholder coordination and any other work assigned by NABCONS or the Department of Finance.
- Oversee the overall project implementation and ensure that all Key Performance Indicators are completed on time, coordinate with different stakeholders for smooth operations, and identify challenges or bottlenecks for timely resolution.
Professional fees and contract
- Total monthly CTC: Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 75,000/- consolidated, commensurate with experience, educational qualification, overall suitability and last drawn salary. Tax is deducted at source under the Income Tax Act 2025.
- Contract period: 11 months, which may be extended based on the requirement of the project and performance, or will be co-terminus with the project period.
- Preference: Mumbai-based candidates; preferred age is up to 35 years.
- NABCONS may terminate the contract at any time without prior notice and without reason; in the normal course, one month's advance notice is given within the contract period.
