WALK-IN-INTERVIEW NOTIFICATION

Application is invited for the following contractual post (purely on temporary basis) to be filled through walk-in-interview under the Operation and Maintenance of CASE New Holland Back Hoe Loader, Workshop Superintendent, Central Automobile Workshop, MPKV, Rahuri. The details of the contractual post to be filled on contractual purely on temporary basis are given below:

Designation: Operator (Back Hoe Loader)
No. of Posts: 01 (One)
Emolument: Rs. 20,000/- per month (Fixed)
Minimum Eligibility: Valid Ex-Cavator Driving License.
Desirable Experience: Minimum 6 Months
Duration: Initially for 6 months, likely to be extended further based on availability of funds.

WALK-IN-INTERVIEW SCHEDULE:
- Document Verification: 09:00 hrs on 01.09.2026 at the office of The Dean F/Agri. and Director of Instruction, MPKV, Rahuri, in presence of the candidate.
- Interview: 10:30 a.m. on 01.09.2026 at the office of The Dean F/Agri. and Director of Instruction, MPKV, Rahuri.
- The applicant should report on the day of walk-in interview with all required documents in original.
- Original and attested photocopies of concerned documents should be produced at the time of verification.
- The interview will not be undertaken without verification of documents.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Appointment is on contractual purely on temporary basis and for six months only, subject to termination on closing / termination of Revolving fund Operation and Maintenance of CASE New Holland Back Hoe Loader. The candidature of the candidate will be cancelled at any time without giving reason(s) thereof.
2. The selected candidate will be required to give an undertaking that he/she will not leave the assignment half way and shall complete the work in the prescribed time limit. In this regard, the candidate selected for the post will have to execute bond on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- as per University rules.
3. The Selection Committee will interview only eligible candidates. The applicants will have to appear for the interview on the scheduled date and time at their own cost.
4. If candidates are more, a written test will be taken for screening the candidates, and thereafter selected candidates will be interviewed by the Selection Committee.
5. The selected candidates will have to work at the Revolving fund on "Operation and Maintenance of CASE New Holland Back Hoe Loader" under the Workshop Superintendent, Central Automobile Workshop, MPKV, Rahuri, Dist. Ahilyanagar, as per the mandate of the project, at MPKV or within its jurisdiction in the field, for the entire term as a full-time worker. They will not be allowed to accept any other appointment/assignment during this period.
6. The notification does not mean that all the posts will necessarily be filled. The discretionary power will rest with the Selection Committee constituted for the purpose.
7. The appointment of the selected candidate shall be a tenure appointment on contractual purely temporary basis (six months), likely to be terminated at any time without assigning any reason, and the candidate shall not have any right of claiming permanency benefit of the said post or such posts by virtue of this appointment.
8. Actual working place of the candidate will be in the jurisdiction of MPKV, Rahuri.
