NOTIFICATION

Applications are invited for the post of Medical Officer purely on temporary and fix pay basis at Sant Muktai Government College of Agriculture, Muktainagar, Dist. Jalgaon. The appointment is required to provide day-to-day medical support and emergency healthcare services to students, residential faculty members and staff of the college during 08.00 to 09.00 AM and / or 06.00 to 07.00 PM, daily. The details of the post to be filled purely on temporary and fix pay basis are as below:

Post: Medical Officer - 01 (One) post
Remuneration: Fix pay of Rs. 25,000/- per month
Duration: Maximum 11 months (or till the post is filled on regular establishment, whichever is earlier)

NATURE OF WORK:
1. Maintain register of patients, medicines, equipment etc. and medical records of students and staff on their check-up.
2. Provide consultation and basic treatments for common illness and minor injuries.
3. Provide emergency healthcare and first aid facilities to students and staff during injuries, poisoning, heat stroke etc.
4. Attend to medical emergencies on campus.
5. Organize health check-up camps, vaccination programs, blood donation and other awareness programs.
6. Perform the duties regarding health issues of students/staff and other duties directed by the Associate Dean, Sant Muktai Government College of Agriculture, Muktainagar, from time to time.

DAILY DUTY HOURS: 08:00 AM to 09:00 AM and / or 06:00 PM to 07:00 PM (residential medical support to students, faculty members and staff).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The appointment will be purely temporary and fix pay basis for maximum 11 months only or till the post is filled on regular establishment, whichever is earlier.
2. The candidate must submit the undertaking on Rs. 100/- bond paper for accepting all the terms and conditions prescribed.
3. The appointment shall automatically terminate any time on the joining of the person on regular establishment.
4. Any type of act or indiscipline behaviour will be viewed seriously and the assignment will be terminated without any intimation to the candidate.
5. The candidate should apply on plain paper giving full details as per enclosed proforma to "The Associate Dean, Sant Muktai Government College of Agriculture, Muktainagar, 425 306, Dist. Jalgaon" on or before 01/09/2026 with all required documents and online payment receipt of Rs. 500/-, by post or by hand in office hours.
6. Candidate should pay processing fee of Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five hundred only) in the account of "Comptroller, MPKV, Rahuri" through online mode: Account No. 35329017015 (State Bank of India), IFSC Code: SBIN0007776. Receipt of the same should be attached with the application form.
7. The eligible candidates will be interviewed by the Selection Committee approved by the University. The candidate shall have to attend the interview at his/her own cost. The candidate should produce all original documents at the time of interview, failing which candidature will be rejected.
8. He/She can only resign the post by giving one month prior notice or by making payment of one month fix pay.
9. The appointment of the selected candidate will be a tenure appointment and liable to be terminated at any time without assigning any reason, and the candidate shall not have any right to claim permanency benefit in lieu of this contractual appointment.
