Selection Process

Candidates are shortlisted through a multi-stage process; only those who clear each stage move forward:

  1. Written Exam: Computer Based Test covering General Knowledge & Reasoning, Intellectual Ability & Mental Ability, and Science & Simple Arithmetic.
  2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST): Qualified candidates appear for physical fitness events (800m run, shot put, long jump) and physical measurements (height and chest).
