Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
Conduct high-quality and impactful research in Employment Relations and Future of Work.
Publish research in leading peer-reviewed journals.
Develop and deliver innovative teaching for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
Design and enhance curriculum and learning experiences.
Supervise postgraduate research students and contribute to research leadership activities.
Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners on impactful projects.
Contribute to departmental educational, research, and administrative initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess:
A strong academic background and expertise in Employment Relations/Future of Work.
An excellent record of publications in top-tier refereed journals.
Demonstrated ability to conduct independent and collaborative research.
Proven teaching excellence in a tertiary education environment.

For Senior Lecturer (Level C) applicants, desirable attributes include:
