MOIL Limited, a Schedule 'A' Miniratna Category-I PSU under the Ministry of Steel, invites applications from experienced professionals for engagement as Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers on a Fixed Term Employment (FTE) basis in the Mechanical and Electrical disciplines, vide Advertisement No. FTE/01/2026 dated 16.10.2026. MOIL operates ten mines across Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh and plans to raise production capacity to 3.0 million tonnes by 2030.

Essential qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, as applicable, or an equivalent qualification from a recognised university or institute.
Preferred experience: handling or monitoring projects that improved production, productivity, operational efficiency, systems, mechanisation, automation, digitalisation or process improvement of a mine, plant or industrial unit, and coordination with consultants, contractors and government agencies; end-to-end project monitoring including schedule and milestone tracking, physical and financial progress monitoring, bottleneck identification and resolution; familiarity with technical and project documents, contracts, project management tools and management reporting.
Tenure
The initial tenure of engagement is up to three years, extendable up to two further years, not exceeding twelve months at a time, based on performance evaluation and continued organisational requirement.

Selection and Other Conditions
- Depending on the number of applications, MOIL may adopt a written or skill assessment followed by an interview or technical evaluation, and decides the mode of selection and the number of candidates called.
- Age, qualification and experience are reckoned as on 06.11.2026; the upper age limit shown is for the general category and relaxation applies to SC/ST/OBC, PwBD and ex-servicemen as per rules, subject to the maximum age including all relaxations on the crucial date.
- SC/ST/OBC candidates applying against an unreserved post are considered on general merit and are not given age relaxation.
