The Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (Directorate General of Health Services, National Council Secretariat) invites applications for one contractual post of Consultant (Clinical Establishments), for the Secretariat of the National Council for Clinical Establishments, located at NCDC, Shamnath Marg, Delhi. The engagement is on a contractual basis for one year (extendable by one more year depending on performance).

Terms
- Purely contractual for one year from joining (extendable by one year based on performance); no claim to regularisation.
- Full-time (09:00 AM to 05:30 PM); Biometric attendance; 30 days leave per calendar year on pro-rata basis.
- Reports to the nodal officer dealing with the Clinical Establishments Act and National Council work, DGHS.
- Roles: maintain the operational framework for the National Council for Clinical Establishments; technical guidance; facilitate online registration system and Minimum Standards; draft/review Standard Treatment Guidelines; coordinate with States/UTs; assist in court matters, RTI, grievances, PIPs and budget coordination.
