MoEFCC Scientific Consultant Grade-I (Climate Finance) Recruitment 2026
Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC), NATCOM Cell invites applications for one (01) position of Scientific Consultant Grade-I (Climate Finance) on a contractual basis in the Integrated Project Management Unit (IPMU) of NATCOM Cell for GEF-UNDP-MoEFCC Projects (preparation of National Communications and Biennial Transparency Reports to UNFCCC), New Delhi.

Eligibility
- Master's degree from a recognized institution in Economics or related fields
- Relevant experience (post qualification) in climate change and related fields, including experience in climate finance
- More than 5 years up to 10 years experience
Desirable: M.Phil/M.Sc/PhD, additional qualifications, research experience, published papers; familiarity with carbon pricing mechanisms, emission trading systems, financial analysis and risk assessment, economic valuation methodologies for climate-related projects.
