MoEFCC Regional Office Chandigarh – Deputation Recruitment 2026
The Regional Office, Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, Chandigarh proposes to fill the following vacant posts from officials of Central/State Governments, Union Territories, Autonomous/Statutory Organizations, PSUs, Universities or Recognized Research Institutions on deputation (including short-term contract) basis (Vacancy Circular No. A-12024/1/2014-NRO dated 26.07.2026).

Eligibility (Deputation)
- Personal Assistant: Analogous post OR 10 years regular service in Level-4 (Rs 25,500-81,100) or equivalent.
- Assistant: Analogous post OR 6 years service in Level-5 OR 10 years service in Level-4; Bachelor's degree from a recognized University.
- Stenographer Grade-II: Officials of Central Government holding analogous posts with prescribed qualifications (12th pass + skill test norms - dictation 10 min @ 80 wpm, transcription 50 min English/65 min Hindi).
- Maximum age limit 56 years on the closing date of receipt of applications.
