Mizoram MPSC Limited Departmental Examination – Bench Clerk Grade-II Recruitment 2026-27

Mizoram Public Service Commission (MPSC) invites applications from eligible departmental candidates for the Limited Departmental Examination (LDE) for the post of Bench Clerk Grade-II under the Lunglei Judicial District, Law & Judicial Department, Mizoram.

Eligibility Criteria

• Departmental Candidate: Must have put in not less than 3 years regular service in the cadre of Bench Clerk Grade-III.
• The candidate must be currently serving in the Mizoram Judicial Department.

Pay Scale

Level-6 in the Pay Matrix as per the 6th CPC recommendations.

Application Process

1. Visit the MPSC online portal: https://mpsconline.mizoram.gov.in
2. Candidates who have not registered in the One-Time Registration (OTR) portal must register first and then submit their application.
3. Fill the application form carefully and upload all mandatory documents.
4. Pay the application fee online via UPI/Internet Banking/Debit Card.
5. Note: Persons with Disabilities (PwBD) are exempted from payment of application fee.
6. After payment, verify that your application has been successfully submitted.

Required Documents

Candidates must upload the following documents before the expiry of the application period:

1. Service Book Entry showing date of joining of Bench Clerk Grade-III
2. Service Book Entry showing date of birth
3. Confirmation Order
4. Certification by Head of Department or Cadre Authority in the format prescribed by the Commission
5. Any other supporting documents in the "Others" field of the OTR portal

Important: Uploaded files should NOT be password-protected. Applications with protected files will be treated as not uploaded.

Disqualifications

• Canvassing (insawipui) by a candidate directly or indirectly will disqualify candidature.
• Incomplete or incorrect application may lead to rejection.
• Failure to meet any eligibility condition at any stage will result in disqualification.
• Failure to upload mandatory documents by closing date will result in rejection.

Fee Refund Policy

Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances. PwBD candidates are exempted from fee payment.

Important Instructions
