Qualification
- Master's degree in the concerned subject (Vegetable Science / Floriculture & Land Scaping Architecture / Agronomy) with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade 6.50 in a 10.00 scale) and a good academic record.
- For candidates with a Master's degree, NET is compulsory along with one publication in a NAAS-rated referred journal, in the discipline in which NET is conducted.
- NET may be waived for Ph.D. holders who completed Ph.D. with course work as prescribed by UGC Regulations 2009 and have at least two full-length publications with a NAAS rating of not less than 4 (on the last date of application). Ph.D. without course work is not eligible for NET exemption.
