About the post
Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal invites applications for the position of Manager - Legal, to be based at the Manipal Campus.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and executing contracts and legal documents.
- Ensuring adherence to statutory requirements, internal policies and process standardisation.
- Coordinating and supporting litigation matters and dispute resolution processes.
- Managing intellectual property matters, including filing, protection and compliance.
- Supervising legal team functions and ensuring continuity of operations.
- Applying strong contract drafting and risk assessment capabilities with a process-oriented approach.
- Leading teams with a focus on quality control and a business-friendly, solution-oriented mindset.
Mode of engagement
Full-time, based at the Manipal Campus. Pay will be as per MAHE norms.
